I normally ride(commute) from Mt. Airy to Frederick via back roads. Its a 28 mile round trip. Very hilly, mostly low traffic, nice sceanery. I'll have to check out that loop in poolsville.

you must take the capitol cresent? that must be a great commute. well, when there is room on the trail. But hey, no cars! cant beat that!
