I'm using the Microshift 3x9. So far, so good. Pretty positive shifting. Kind of a Frankengroup on my bike, so nothing quite matches perfectly. I haven't tried the Microshift derailleurs yet.

The Front shifting has an effective trim feature.

Anyway, so far I'm happy with them.
