Hi there and kudo's to you for attempting a new life style as that is exactly what it has to be if you want it to be a enduring thing. I am speaking on behalf of myself as 6 years ago I did exactly what you did and lost over 125lbs in less then 8 months and never ever have put one on single pound since. You need a commitment and desire beyond what you cam imagine if you want it to work. Set small goals and the more goals you achieve, the more motivated one becomes..GOOD LUCK and RIDE ON..
