Popped a spoke last night on the way home during high-torque, hard acceleration as I crossed a road. Once again (last month, I cracked my rim in the area of an eyelet in similar fashion), I thought the snapping sound I heard was a chain issue, realizing only after I got home that I broke a spoke. Easy fix, but not until I buy some new spokes. So, no riding this AM.
