We hear such behavior exists, but the examples are still amazing. I am tempted to posit that it is not possible. But who knows? BITD it was pain that kept advanced dentistry from being practiced on a widespread basis. An extraction could be tolerated without anesthesia, but a root canal or even a filling? I don't see how. Not doubting you. I just don't see how it can be done.
