Do you mean new or new to you when saying new? The 7900 series which is generally considered the worst Dura Ace you can get are several years OOP, so getting them new will probably be very difficult now.

If you need 10 speed shifters, would look at the new Tiagra 4700's, these have the same hood/ergonomics as 5800 & 6800, and as they have only been on the market for a few weeks are readily available.
