Frame modifications near Boston?

Hi there!

I also posted in Bicycle Mechanics, but figured I'd try here too.

I've got an '81 Univega Specialissima that could use a bit more functionality in the form of some brazed-on bottle/rack bosses, maybe even a kickstand plate, prior to painting. Does anybody know of someone in the Boston area who does this kind of work? I've tried asking around at some local LBSs, but to no avail.
