i actually have a similar dillema myself, well not similar at all actually. Im a film student at The university of oklahoma and recently applied to transfer to NYU on a whim. I actually get paid to attend Ou because im a national merit finalist. I get about 4,000 a year in surplus scholarships, not much but hey.

NYU offered free tuition based on financial need. I dont understand that by the way, sure my income is low but my dad makes 250,000 a year. NYU has a strange idea of financial need. hmmm.

But then i got offered a study abroad scholarship to The university of london. My sister livves in london so rent would be non-existant but their film school isnt as well known as NYU.

I am torn. I have 6 months to decide though. The reason i came to OU was following a girl, but with only a few semesters left of college we agreed studying somewhere else could be beneficial. We will of course stay together.
