NO the J-lever is not a trigger...but Odyssey does make a Trigger under the Mono-lever series...(its called the Mono lever trigger...)
and as for the J-Lever...its just a regualar lever with no exposed bolts to cut fingers on and super smooth looking and slightly bent...so you dont have to...

Ight I get it. For my DK i might get a trigger lever but I'm not sure yet.
