Once again, please do the following:

1. Look up whether it is illegal to ride the sidewalk in Torrance, CA. In my state, it was illegal to ride the sidewalk within a neighboring city, while it was legal to ride on the sidewalk outside the city limits. This city only recently legalized sidewalk riding.

2. Please consider riding on the road in the near future. I cannot emphasize enough how dangerous it is to ride on the sidewalk.
