Upper pulley tight on Ultegra 6700 rear der
The upper pulley is on a ceramic bushing and the lower is a sealed bearing. Lower spins easy, upper "drags" for lack of a better word. Ordered a new set, and the new upper is just as "tight" as the old one! Is there any reason why I can't use the easier rolling lower, sealed bearing in place of the ceramic bushing one?
