I just had the same problem!!! I couldn't track it down so I stopped off at the LBS in Nyack 2 weekends ago and the owner switched out wheels and it went away. What it was is the aluminum "prongs" at the bottom of the fork and the aluminum part of the wheel creak where they contact. He threw some lube on the fork "prongs" where the skewer goes through and BAM! Problem solved.
