Bought a bike used recently and it came with Tufo Tubular Clinchers. They are not a bad performing tire and I just do training miles and trainer spinning so I want to burn them up if I can.

I'm nervous about taking them really far as I can't put a tube in them if I get a puncture. Their website recommends using sealant - I checked on Amazon and everyone complains about the sealant being dried up when they get it. Can I carry around a mini bottle of Stans and use that instead? Do I just add it to the valve stem like I do with a mountain bike tubeless tire?
