Hello,

I have a Nishiki Sport hybrid that I am trying to figure out what year it was made. I think I bought it in the early 90's. I checked it against the bikepedia site but the shifters do not match up, mine are trigger shifters (Shimano 100GS) and all the 90s Nishiki hybrid shifters were grip shifters. The serial number is MIF19754, which doesn't seem to match with the Nishiki database mentioned here. Any information would be appreciated.
