It depends where you ride in FL. One of the hillier areas is around Clermont.
Here's an elevation profile for the Horrible Hundred coming up soon. Nothing compare to 6 Gap in GA or riding out west, but still not as flat as many people thing FL is.
For all intents and purposes that's flat. 1400 ft in 100 miles...the one hill is less than 3% for little over a mile. I could do the whole route in the big ring...
