I'm planning this same modification; just waiting for the Ti fork to be delivered. I have a '15 Brompton and I measure 105 mm for the head tube length, not 110 mm. The stack height of the Tange headset looks to be about 5 mm shorter then that of the OEM (38 mm vs 43 mm from my measurements). I'll let you know how I make out. Fingers crossed.
