There was a guy stopped at a red light at cornwall Ave. I had the green and was going through the intersection (Cypress Ave) and as I'm in the intersection the guy lurches forward! There were no cars around so he decided not to wait for the red light! I swerved, he just missed me and he slammed on the brakes and backed back up to the stop-line. (What's the point, now, D-bag.)
