If you encounter rain, you should have at least a rain jacket and possibly rain pants if it will be cold. A lock is nice if you plan to leave your bike unattended. Also, a tube patch kit can come in handy, but with 3 spare tubes, maybe not essential. I like having a wind vest and arm warmers for cold mornings.
