I accidentally had a sensor on backward so the cadence sensor was reading the back wheel... I was getting a cadence of 200rpm I quickly fixed that.
I'm using speed because I didn't have the cadence sensor on the bike I was riding. I was listing the speed I was maintaining when I felt I was "spun out" at the gear I was in. When I put the cadence sensor on my road tire I'll be able to see what cadence I am at when I feel spun out at a gear (and therefore at a certain mph). I may be at 70-80 rpm or higher or lower. No idea.
