Dropout Tensioner

I have a 1975 Fugi road bike which I converted into a single speed. I want the bike to serve a dual purpose as a single speed "chill bike" and as a track bike that I can ride on the velodrome. The plan is to swap out the wheelset depending on the riding I'm going to be doing that day. For the velodrome I will be using a fixed speed hub wheelset and that's where the question comes in. The Fuji has traditional road bike dropouts and they work fine for the type of riding I currently do on this bike, where I'm not putting down a lot of power. The skewers don't move at all with the current setup. However, my buddy mentioned that I will need some sort of tensioner to avoid the wheel from moving. The idea is to lock it into place. Below is a picture of the bike and you will notice the dropouts I have.

What type of tensioner has worked for you in the past?

Thanks

Peter
