That's not a very precise answer.

As for Project California:

At 2:16: "maybe all you have is one to two engineers"

At 2 min, 26 sec "this is actually made by hand by the (one or two) engineers"

At 3:16: "we don't have that many engineers (one or two)...they can make one frame a day or something like that."
