Man it looks like I've been thrown back a few steps in my progression. I tried to roll up to get my meds and was told no. If I wanted my meds, I'd have to come in. I've been on the phone the last week or so and was first referred to one person but never really got any dialog with them, just one call. It got to the point where they don't even call back when they're suppose to! The only number I had with the person was dumb mass answering service. I'm at the point now where I'm trying to reach the regional manager. I even went back to the store manager and told him I wanted a written statement on the store policy. He said "pick it up anytime." He took it literally the "written statement" as he's just going to scribble something down.

I'm back at point zero!

No car, no service!
