I have not used my aluminum bike for a long time and need a little adjustment on seat height.
But my carbon wrapped post stuck! I have used a LOT of penetration oil to make it move and finally it is slowly coming up. I did not take it off yet, but as is rotates around it will be no problem, I think.

Is there a better way to take it off?

What oil/lubrication to use to prevent stuck post in the frame?
What is the lubricant that will not make the post go down?
