Your post may be totally seized. This has happened to be before.

You can save the frame, but the post is toast. Saw the post off shortly above the seat tube/ top tube junction of the frame, and then use a hammer and a chisel to scrape the post out of the frame. Make sure you use a respiratory mask of some sort to avoid inhaling carbon fiber dust, esp. during the sawing.
