$250-$300 tops....it's older "iffy" stuff- not the good old C&V stuff...and not modern- It's from a time of transition ('specially the wheels- although they look neat) in which new things were being tried out and not yet perfected/the technologies were still in their infancy....and tended to have high failure rates. There's lots of good stuff from the 90's out there for the same money- I'd avoid the "state-of-the-art (at the time)" stuff, which was pretty much experimental.
