A good BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acid) supplement helps. Don't forget that high doses of L-Arginine do help most people one downside is the added weight due to the increased diameter of blood vessels (hence allowing more blood to muscle groups). More importantly i can only suggest anyone considering a vasodilator such as L-Arginine consult with their doctor first. Taking L-Arginine with other blood thinning medications may not yield the best outcome.
