Despite catching what I am now sure is the flu this past weekend, the wife and I went to a nice B&B in the Shenandoah hills of VA. I took the bike and managed one 20 miler that took almost 2 hours, what with the coughing and such. Still, it's autumn, the weather is grand, the leaves are falling. Now I'm paying for it.
