Okay, I made an error but you have no back up for saying "not" Raleigh themselves".

The decal is more transparent but it is this same design and whatever they call the wreaths to indicate a champion, this on a red bike is for the World Championship, :



So just a coincidence, another Raleigh bike, early '80s, with the same design decal for the TI winning team, after all, there is no reason Raleigh bike company would proclaim they won the Tour De France.

TI Raleigh,Legendary team, the last I knew that was still the only Tour de France, a Raleigh supplied cycling team has won.
