Unclear what bike you are talking about, my Raleigh has Reynolds 531 stickers all over including the fork, stronglight crank. Also, its clear the stamping means built in Worksop in 1974.

Yes, Raleigh made some team Raleigh inexpensive versions and some expensive versions as well. Someone was selling one the other day I saw.
Still, that does not have much to do with it having a sticker showing Raleigh won the TdF.
