Bikes: A steel framed 26" off road tourer from a manufacturer who thinks they are cool. Giant Anthem. Trek 720 Multiroad pub bike. 10 kids bikes all under 20". Assorted waifs and unfinished projects.

So the dry forks I've been fixing for my friends are in my imagination? "wow, these forks are amazing now, I never realised that's how they are supposed to work?" There are bushings inside those forks and yep, they can dry out and need greasing, especially cheapies where the worker in the factory wipes the bare minimum grease on them to save money.
