Are you saying a tall seat post doesn't work for you. With your measurements you should go smaller size, not larger. You may have to run your stem flipped up to avoid too much saddle to bar drop is all. Even better would be a man's endurance frame. That would give you the shorter top tube you need without sacrificing head tube height. And your seat post wouldn't have to be so extremely extended.
