Low T isnt uncommon and there are a few natural, safe ways to manage it.
I suspected low T (I'm 33, prime time for my T to start a drop) and I'm ok, however blood tests showed i had low magnesium - I'm a farmer and apparently working/sweating in soil pulls magnesium from my body more than not....I got prescribed a pre bedtime snack of dark chocolate and nuts (#bestdrever!).
Through the years I've noticed more energy overall when i keep my legs in shape. They are one of the largest muscles in our body so it only makes sense that keeping the blood flow smooth could help elsewhere.
Eeek! A leading naturopath put my wife in the ICU with asthma. As for homeopathy it's total quackery:
