Completely off the topic I just started, but we have had a couple of nannies. The software of Care.com seems pretty much the same as a dating site. Like a dating site the nannies present themselves as a very limited number of characters. There's Mary Poppins and there's MPDG and there's Supernanny and there's Waldorf/Montessori/homeschooler. I joked with my wife that we should get a homewrecker... she didn't get it, I guess. :-D
