I recently purchased a 2016 GT Transeo 3.0 from my LBS, and at a great price of $600. This has the new for 2016 frame geometry. Like you, I was going mad with a list of bikes, many the same you have listed. The other bikes top on my list were the Giant Roam 2, Trek 8.3 DS, and Specialized Crosstrail Disc. As you can see, all were front suspension, disc brake bikes. I was coming off a FS bike and liked the ride so wanted to stay with that style. This same LBS also sold Cannondale. The GT Transeo 3.0 is spec'd higher that the Quick CX 4 you are listing.

Bottom line, I bought this GT 3 on Columbus Day, 12 Oct, and have since put just over a 100 miles on it. I am glad I made the choice to buy the GT. It has been a great bike! Since Cannondale and GT are in the same family (Dorel) check and see if you can look at the Transeo 3.0, you may like it as well.

A little about me as well, 50+ rider and a Clydesdale (315 lbs). I need a stout bike with great wheel and hubs. So far no issues.
