This appears to be a 1982 Trek 959, which came stock with Dura Ace EX. The 1982 catalog shows the blue panels on the downtube, which is really weird to me. But it's there in the catalog. 1982 Trek Bicycle Brochure

Is it the real deal? I don't know. But it could be. It does look like a repaint to me as well but impossible to tell from the lousy photo. Are you buying or selling?
