I have been looking for the perfect Ibis for years now. Most of my collection is early 80's N. Ca. Mountain bikes, and with that certainly comes Ibis. An Avion, two mid 80's Custom's (too small), the Mojo, and an Alibi, but still I look. I would love to find a 21" mid 80's Custom one of these days. On the positive side, I do have an 00 Willits New Sheriff with a mishmash of new and old that should be in the rotation very soon.
Sounds like an awesome collection. I was mostly into road bikes and road racing in the 80s, didn't get into the mtb thing til the early 90s, and those are still the ones I like best. Only 80s mtb I really remember liking was the Mountain Goat Whiskeytown Racer, I think because it was a bit quicker handling than the Ritcheys I'd ridden up to that point. For me the Mojo when it turned to 1 1/8th is pretty much the best steel hardtail ever.
