I noticed a few cloudy spots on my Synapse Carbon frame (circled in red) and I'm really wondering what is it exactly? They almost look like dried sweat spots (but they are not, impossible to sweat in that temperature). No crash, not hit to the frame, but rode on a pretty awfull road today.

I rubbed with water and a microfiber cloth, didn't change anything. They have no texture whatsoever and tapping the frame on those spots produces the same sound than anywhere else on the tube. I check my bike regularly and it's the first time I see them. The spots on the left are a bit worse than the one on the right but I could not get a good pic.

What can it be? Clear coat becoming not so clear? Epoxy giving up? Carbon delaminating? What causes this ?
