I'm bookmarking this thread. I now have 3 French made high flange hubsets.
One set is a Normandy Luxe Competition that accepts a NOS Suntour freewheel with zero effort.
Second is an original wheelset from a 1977 Motobecane Grand Record. These use Normandy Luxe hubs with a Maillard freewheel. Any knowledge of that threading style is would have?
Third is a Peugeot "Trophy" by Maillard hubset wearing a 14-21 Cyclo Competition 5 speed freewheel that has Made in France engraved on the ring within the small cog. This has to be French threads, right?
