It just under a kg which is right up there in weight in stove-land compared to other choices.
What do you do when its been raining for fuel?
My trangia grates a bit on my nerves due to its soot but I wonder if the biolite would be heaps worse.
It looks fairly bulky compared to other choices.
I offer as a comparison the Trangia 27-8 UL HD
Ok, no charging ability but alcohol stove unit, including two pots with one lid that doubles as a frypan and a kettle at a weight of 825g.
No worries about wet wood or smoke when stealth camping or during firebans.
I agree its interesting and got great potential but I'm not sure its there yet as a great tool for cycle tourists.
