I emailed Microshift & asked about this option Saturday night & got a reply early this morning, super stoked cause 22 gears are better than 20

Yes, we’ll add a new version for our CNC thumb shifter ( for flat bar ),
the new model number is SL-A11. This new shifter is compatible with
Shimano road 11 speed derailleurs, it’ll be index for rear ( right side )
and micro-index for front ( left side ). This new model will be available
around end of this year.
Which country are you from? we’ll pass your demand to our distributor
