I just picked up a 1977 Centurion Semi Pro, serial # M7B01548. The steerer tube inner diameter is 22.0mm. !!!

The SR Royal stem is original and it's a 22.0 with center plug type wedge bolt. I was expecting 22.2. Is yours the same?
