I think he means no fatigue stress limit. There is no stress limit that one can stay under and not have fatigue. With steel and ti, there is a stress that if not exceeded, the part will last nearly forever. With aluminum, fatigue adds up with even small stresses. There is no limit under which you can stress it forever.
