You wouldn't actually have to sell your kidneys if you were to sell you left nut, or even the right one. Some guy sold his balls to a hospital or something for 85k (yes that is eighty five thousand dollars!!). And this wasn't just 85k for both, that was the price for EACH ONE!!! You could get way more expensive bikes if you were to sell one of your nuts.
