Are you sure that bike is too small? It looks huge! A sloping frame such as that one would be equivalent to a larger size horizontal top tube frame. Regarding price $450 sounds high to me unless the components are higher end.

Edit: I just checked the specs on the link in the ad. Definitely overpriced. Shimano 2300 is the garbage end of the Shimano spectrum and would be a lousy introduction to road cycling. I would guess that bike was $650 or so new.
