So in effect, it's the tractor trailer of the bike lane? Impossible to pass and slow as all getup? What they're trying to do is design a small CAR that's allowed to drive in the bike lane. It's not a bike, it's just a very small car. They're trying to pass it off as a bike by having pedal assist, but you know as soon as these come out they'll have conversion kits to allow a throttle, therefore enabling full on "car" mode with no input from the driver whatsoever.
