First, how much do you weigh? Sprung Brooks saddles (like the Flyer) have stiff springs that don't really compress unless you're more than 175 pounds. The springs add another half a pound to the saddle, so I wouldn't recommend them unless you're heavy enough to get the benefits.
That may be true for the Flyer, but I'm only 145# and my Brooks B-66 springs are plenty compressible under my weight. But as noted above, sprung saddles really only make sense if you have an upright riding position.
