Bikes: 1998 Bianchi Grizzly, 2015 Diamondback Sortie 1

Trying to rehab an old hub

I used to be really into bikes, but have been out of them for a while. I've got a 1998 Bianchi Grizzly that I bought new but have converted it to be my commuter bike. The rear hub has always come loose over time. It came loose again recently so I took it apart to overhaul it. It is a Ritchey TR-1. The cones are shot, and the LBS said they can't get them. They said they may be able to cobble something together, but no guarantees. So my first question is, does anyone know where to get old Ritchey parts?

I might be better off just buying a new wheel. It came with Mavic X221 rims and double butted spokes. It's a freehub that works with an 8 speed Shimano cassette. It has v-brakes and no place to mount a disc brake in the rear. Should I just give up on that hub? If so, any suggestions on what wheels to look for these days that would be similar?

Thanks

Here's the cone:
