My Hinault 753 frame was set at 128, presumably to accommodate both the 126mm and the 130mm hubs. Neither fit perfectly, but both do adequately enough.
I'm a 7800 fan, so that's what I used on mine in 2014. The Scott drop-in bars were way too flexy for my liking, but fortunately I found these Specialized knock-offs of the drop-ins, and they are nice-n-stiff.
