There was absolutely no need for this to be discussed on the forum. The proper way to do this is to contact the seller and handle it. The buyer had the opportunity to not buy and did not take it. By doing so I don't think he has any right to bring up any issues, real or perceived, in this forum. Buyer needs to move on. I am sure the seller will be more diligent in his disclosures in the future.
