Personally, I wouldn't be the least bit concerned about using a rear disc hub. The loss of flange spacing will only serve to even out the spoke tension from DS to NDS. Your wheel won't be any less laterally stiff than it would be with a non-disc hub because the ultimate compromise in stiffness is made on the DS.

Got it, but 130mm = a road hub, 135mm is standard MTB (non-thru axle), that was what was confusing. Thinking that this is a strange way to think about going, as there is are still plenty of good non-disc 135mm hubs out there if you look.
